Deadass Cinema ("we," "us") makes music videos in New York City. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. Short version: we only get what you choose to send us, we don't track you, and we don't sell anything about you.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you use the booking form, it opens your own email app with your artist name, Instagram handle, song link, preferred shoot date and message filled in. We receive that information only if you send the email. The form itself does not store or transmit anything from this website. The same applies if you message us on Instagram.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use it to identify or profile you.

What we don't do

• No cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts on this website.
• No third-party fonts or scripts. Everything loads from our own domain.
• We don't sell or rent your information, or share it for advertising.

If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first and give you any choices the law requires.

How we use your information

To reply to you, quote and schedule your project, prepare and sign your project agreement, invoice and take payment, and deliver your video.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to do the work, such as our email provider, e-signature service and payment provider. We also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking messages and project records for as long as we need them for your project and for our business, tax and legal records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email book@deadasscinema.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

This site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, uses strict browser security policies and does not store personal information.

Kids

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian needs to be involved before we sign a project agreement.
