These terms cover your use of the Deadass Cinema website. Using the site means you agree to them.

Pricing and the launch rate

• Prices are in US dollars. Our standard rate for a music video is $2,500.
• The $2,200 launch rate applies to the first five booked projects only. After that, the standard rate applies.
• A booking is confirmed only when we both sign a project agreement and any payment it requires is received. Sending the booking form or a message does not reserve a date or a rate.

Your project agreement comes first

Every project is governed by its own signed agreement, which covers scope, schedule, payment, revisions, usage rights and cancellation. If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Our content

The videos, images, text, graphics and the Deadass Cinema name and look on this site belong to Deadass Cinema or to the artists who gave us permission to show their work. Don't copy, reuse or redistribute them without written permission.

Links to other sites

This site links to services like Instagram. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and online, but it is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
